UMBRAGROUP E-COMMERCE PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy is issued pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 to all those who access the bearings e-commerce section of the institutional website www.umbragroup.com.
It describes the site’s management procedures regarding the processing of the personal data of the users accessing it. It must be understood that this policy concerns this website only, and therefore does not apply to or cover any other Internet website that may be linked to on this site.

Your data may also be transferred to third-party companies outside the European Economic Area which provide outsourced technological services to UMBRA; if such a transfer becomes necessary, we will ensure that the recipients of your data have adopted the appropriate security measures for guaranteeing their protection.


5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We process your data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in paragraph 2 above, and in any case for a period of no more than 26 months.


6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?
You, as a data subject, have the right to:

•    request the rectification or updating of your data, if they are incorrect or incomplete;
•    request, in certain circumstances, the erasure of your data or the restriction of their processing;
•    request the portability of the data;
•    lastly, at any time, object to the processing, or lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
